What is a Service Centre
The function of the Service Centre is to provide direct communication with the site managers,
for all the sites in their region. This removes the need for Head Office involvement,
ensuring prompt efficient service at a personal level with the site managers.
The role is as follows:
Conduct pre-start meetings to check that the plans used by the estimator coincide with the plans used on site, including any updates.
Any updates / changes are dealt with by the Service Centre through the company's online
estimating software, eliminating any requirement for intervention by Head Office.
Liase with the site managers / Purchase office to deal with all call offs of either the cavity closer, or the finished glazed product.
Directly from the Service Centre, deliver and install the finished glazed product on pre-arranged dates with the site manager.
Liase directly with the site manager to deal with all remedials and corrections of any product supplied by Building Product Solutions.
Liase directly with the builders Customer Care Department with regard to any / all pre or post occupation issues, to ensure swift, prompt responses on pre-arranged dates.
